Where do I order a ticket?

You can order a ticket here on the site, under the flap “Book now.”

 

Can I order a ticket by phone?

No, tickets can only be ordered here on site.

 

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel by sending an email to info@openrestaurants.com or by leaving a message at telephone number 03-5114041, with the order number and your phone number and we’ll get back to you.

Please notice: Orders can be cancelled within 14 days of the initial order, but no less than seven days before the event.

In any case there will be a cancellation fee of 5% of the order.

Orders cannot be partially cancelled.

 

What if an event is fully booked?

If the tickets are sold out, we’ll open a waiting list. Please register and if a place becomes available or if we create an additional event, we’ll be happy to contact you.

 

What if an event I paid for is cancelled?

Cancellations will be announced up to 24 hours in advance. Each event has a minimum of participants. If this is not met, the activity will be cancelled.

 

Can I buy tickets to several events?

Of course, but you have to register and pay for each event separately.

 

Can I pay at the time of the event?

No, all orders must be paid by time of registration, by credit card/paypal only.

 

What if I change my mind and I want to register to a different event?

Our advice is to first register to the requested event and then contact us to cancel the previous order. You can cancel by sending an email to info@openrestaurants.com or by leaving a message at telephone number 03-5114041, with the order number and your phone number.

How long is each event?

Each event is different, but most last 1-4 hours.

 

What are the prices?

Each event carries a different cost, between NIS 30-300.

 

Are there any free events?

There are a number of free events: Food talks, special events, Culinary Innovation Summit and the Food & Hospitality Hackathon are all at no cost, but you need to preregister here on site to ensure entry.

 

For which age groups are the events?

All events are limited from age 18 and up, except for the special children activities.

 

Are there children workshops and if so, for which ages?

There are family oriented workshops at the Bloomfield Science Museum and the First Station Park, a sushi workshop at Sushi Rehavia, a baking workshop at Roladin and Machane Yehuda Market tours. The activities are geared toward children from 6 years of age. Children under the age of 18 have to be accompanied by an adult. You need to buy a ticket for each participant in the tours and the price is the same for adults and minors.

 

Do we have to bring anything to the events?

We suggest that you wear closed shoes and of course, come in a good mood.
