Danone Yogurt by Strauss joined us for a project “Basta for a Day” where we invited people to prepare and send us a light dish based on fresh market products and made with Danone Yogurt by Strauss.
Out of the dozens of participants, three winners were chosen and they are going to serve their dishes at a “basta” (a market food stall) at Mahane Yehuda Market, throughout the Open Restaurants Festival.
When: Tuesday-Thursday, November 14-16 from 10am until the stock runs out.
Price: The symbolic price per serving is 10NIS which will be donated to charity in full.

Shachaf Banderker will serve chutney puri – crispy balls filled with Indian sauces and yogurt Danone – on Tuesday, November 14th.
Omri Iluz will serve eggplant ravioli stuffed with yogurt and ricotta on a bed of yogurt Danone pita bread on Wednesday, November 15th.
Dvora Ozana will serve yogurt cream with almond crumble and Amarena cherry jam on Thursday, November 16th.
